Overview The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.
Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty & marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. Within the Data & Services organization, Marketing Services places Mastercard in the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants, leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference. Moving forward, the Marketing Services business is transforming to be a more product-centric organization focused on differentiated offerings that leverage data and marketing technology to accelerate marketing campaign performance and associated outcomes.
Role Ensure the efficient management and optimal utilization of the digital asset management platform, supporting the organization's digital asset lifecycle from creation to distribution.
Stakeholder Management Manage updates to roadmap on an ongoing basis
Detail business requirements with requestor once request received
Work with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their asset management needs
Prioritize Level 1 with Requester & Tech (Need, Effort)
Platform Administration & Maintenance Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the DAM platform.
Ensure system stability, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues.
Generate and analyze reports on asset usage, system performance, and user activity.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance the DAM platform's functionality and user experience.
Asset Organization & Metadata Management Develop and implement metadata schemas & taxonomies to ensure proper classification & tagging of assets.
Responsible for creating and maintaining DAM policies.
Maintain asset organization for easy retrieval and use.
Authors taxonomy for Campaign Library.
Authors and ownership for meta tagging.
Implement and enforce security protocols to protect digital assets.
Ensure compliance with copyright laws and licensing agreements.
Ensure efficient processes for uploading, tagging, and managing digital assets.
