We are seeking a Corporate Quality Director to join our customer's team at a leading multinational industrial company. He/She will be responsible for leading and developing the quality strategy at the corporate level, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards across five manufacturing plants located in different countries.Responsibilities:Design and implement quality policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic goals on a global scale, mainly on product quality level.Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, among others) across all company plants.Lead internal and external audits, coordinating quality teams in various countries and ensuring process standardization.Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions at each plant to ensure continuous improvement.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Production, R&D, Logistics) in different countries to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare global quality performance reports and propose improvement strategies tailored to each plant's specific needs.Manage and develop a multicultural quality team, promoting continuous training and the exchange of best practices between plants.What We Offer:A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.Competitive salary package and corporate benefits.The chance to be a part of strategic projects within the company on a global scale.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate studies are highly valued.At least 8 years of experience in quality management in multinational industrial companies.Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).Proven experience in managing quality across plants located in different countries, with a high degree of cultural sensitivity.Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
