About The Internship Our Internship Program lasts 3-6 months.
You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

What You'll Do 1.
Customer settlement assistance: Give training to clients about Merchants settlement operation process, help clients to finish sucess settlement, to collect clients' problem and escalate them timely; 2.
Proactively orders tracking: by customer, check the service operation data every day, verify suspicious online logistics tracks, promptly escalate last mile delivery operation problems, and assist in solving them; 3.
Customized services for ToB clients: Proactively follow up, record, and promptly respond to issues that clients ask for help in the group, and timely escalate issues that cannot be responded to immediately, assist to handle them and close them with clients satisfaction; 4.
Collect and analyse customer's help-seeking problems, and use them to improve daily operation service with internal cross team; 5.
Other neccesary paper work based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications 1.
FLuent in Spanish, and can be used as working language.
English&Chinese would be a plus; 2.
College degree at least; 3.
