Cadet Engineer

We are looking for a recent engineering graduate with strong technical skills and a passion for design and problem-solving. The Cadet Engineer will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to develop and implement engineering solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the design and development of engineering projects using CAD software.Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time.Help to develop technical drawings and diagrams for various engineering projects.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Experience using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Opportunities for promotion.Paid training.Promotion to permanent employee.Staff meals provided.Schedule:8 hour shift.Supplemental Pay:13th month salary.Overtime pay.Performance bonus.Ability to commute/relocate:San Fernando, La Union: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
