MissionAs part of a small and dynamic team, you will be responsible for programming through CAD-CAM of various machining machines, as well as supervising the correct transfer of the program to manufacturing at the machine level.ResponsibilitiesDetermine the optimal machining strategy to manufacture each component.Program CNC machines using Siemens NX and Hypermill software and solid models provided by engineering.Work closely with the engineering team to provide crucial design input to manufacturing.Knowledge of the tools necessary for operations that involve complex machining, in addition to having the capacity and autonomy to design them.Provide support in the creation of work instructions for use in the workshop, specifying the most appropriate sequence.Choose the most appropriate tools in addition to calculating the working conditions.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or analogous field.7 years of experience programming CNC machines at the machine level.7 years of experience with different types of machines: lathe, 3-5 axis machining center, multifunction, etc.5 years of experience programming CNC equipment with CAD/CAM software.Extensive knowledge of machining tools/techniques.Experience with different types of metals: aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, alloys with high nickel content, etc.Knowledge of G and M code programming.Extensive knowledge of dimensional and geometric tolerances.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.Spoken and written English.Desired CompetenciesPredisposition to work at the machine level.Previous experience in the aeronautical sector will be valued.Experience with Siemens NX, HyperMill, and TeamCenter desired.Knowledge in metrology will be valued.Experience with controls: Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Okuma.#J-18808-Ljbffr
