The CA & C Manager will also ensure the anticipation and assessment of changes in the political, legislative, and regulatory environment. As well as develop and implement internal & external communications strategies to convey effectively key consistent messages to internal/external stakeholders.What will you do - ResponsibilitiesAnticipate, monitor development of tobacco-control regulatory issues, assess its potential implication for Iberia and pro-actively highlight issues to the Iberia Corporate Affairs and Communications (CA&C;) team / Excom on future challenges as well as provide recommendations for effective management.Provide strategic input and implement agreed CA&C; strategies and plans to manage and improve the external environment with respect to current issues by presenting Company's positions and provide potential solutions to support the business.Design engagement plans. Implement an active engagement and establish constructive (assertive, anticipatory, and proactive) dialogue with relevant stakeholders to drive opportunities in Company's perspective.Develop and maintain an up-to-date key stakeholders' map to further utilize it on CA&C; strategies.Support on implementation of the tax strategy in Iberia markets, with the support of CA&C; Strategy HQ pillar and local Finance department.Develop and implement internal & external communications strategy to convey effectively key consistent messages to internal/external stakeholders.Develop, implement and monitor sustainable programs to address the needs of the community, in compliance with JTI policy, Code of Conduct and budget guidelines.Support the different business functions with all related areas of responsibility for each company's function, e.g.: relationship with Comisionado for new marketing campaigns, communication campaigns, sustainability strategy, etc.Who are we looking for - RequirementsUniversity degree in Political Science or Law or equivalent.Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG company/ PA consultancy.Knowledge of the tobacco business (even if not CA&C; function) and/or Public Affairs consultancy experience will be an added advantage.Proficiency level of English (mandatory) as well as good level of Spanish.Competent in MS Office particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Planner and Database management.Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and cultural sensitivity.Possesses good understanding of the regulatory environment and FMCG industry dynamics.
