What You'll DoBuild expertise to configure Data migration and Data transformation tools.Execute data migration / transformation delivery related activities in projects.Analyse and resolve issues resulting from customer testing.Build competencies and expertise to become a solution expert in a short time frame.Build best practice documents and onboard colleagues.Identify customer's logistics business needs and design the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery).Lead and facilitate customer's workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirements.Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.Contribute to continuously enhance the DMLT solution design according to changing market requirements.Who You AreExperience 7-10 years technical experience in Consulting delivery.Technical delivery of minimum 2 SAP data migration projects.Experience in SAP ABAP programming languages, debugging, and interfaces.Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA data model with sound understanding of processes in Logistics application modules.Experience working with SAP Customers from different industry segments.Worked on new implementation projects on S4HANA leveraging Migration Cockpit, Data Services or Migration WorkBench Tool.SAP DMLT tools, methodology, and data migration experience is beneficial.Process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset.Proven track in C-level communication.Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong team spirit.Fluency in English required.High customer focus and business impact.Team player, work in a collaborative manner, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus.High drive & self-starter / -motivated.Availability to travel (10% - 30%).Experience working in international customer projects is a plus.
