Our client, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical organisations, is responsible for developing and manufacturing medicines and vaccines for a wide range of medical disciplines.

They have been responsible for the development of many blockbuster drugs in both the USA and the EU and have a presence in the USA, EU, and Asia-Pacific.

With continued organisational growth and considerable investment across the portfolio and capital programme, they are seeking the expertise of a C&Q; Lead.

C&Q; Lead Responsibilities: Supervision of C&Q; team (approx. 10 resources)Project Management of IMA Vendor team to drive efficiencies in testingReview of workstream schedule / deliverables to accurately baseline remaining scopeDaily coordination of the workstream whiteboard meetings (Tier 1 / Tier 2) and roll up to Tier 3 weekly reportFunctional interface with other workstream leads (Formulation & Clean Rooms)Advise efficiencies in execution plans to baseline end date of qualification About you: Extensive C&Q; Lead experienceFilling line experiencePrevious experience of leading and motivating teams Experience with the following line components: Vial WasherTunnelFillerALUsIsolatorsLyos x 2Capper & RABSTray LoaderSCADA
