We're currently looking for two Customer Account Managers to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an account manager from a waste management background to develop their career within our highly successful organisation. The Role:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be tasked with servicing the needs of our existing client base and ensuring client retention. You will manage and support all staff within the Integrated Waste Management Accounts department. You will strive to provide excellent customer service to clients, interpreting their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Seeking to boost revenue and profits, you will provide targeted sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and ensure accurate invoicing. Briefing commercial clients on all aspects of our services, you will ensure that expectations and product quality are met to a satisfactory standard.
About You:
To be considered as a Customer Account Manager you will need:
- A proven track record in an Account Management capacity, with B2B experience
- Experience from the waste management industry
- A business development mentality
- Versatility and excellent interpersonal skills
- An ability to form strategic relationships with others
- The ability to build strong relationships and consistently exceed targets
- To be an exceptional communicator and negotiator
- To be able to work on own initiative
- Commercial awareness
- IT and Numerical skills
