Come be a part of this journey!ACCOUNTABILITIES Digital Technology & Strategy Accountable for service performance, stability and data quality of WE D2C Data platform.Alignment between D2C Platform strategy with Global EDP environment & roadmap.Propose, approve and implement the technological roadmap to support the business strategy.Adopt and drive the short-term and long-term D2C marketing technology strategy, by aligning Global standards and local needs.Understand overall enterprise architecture and collaborate to ensure conformance.Establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques such as eliciting & documenting requirements with collaborators, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis and usability evaluation.Data analytics & insight knowledge, experience with marketing key performance metrics.Constantly thrive to develop new innovation and technology to bring value to the DRBU, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Supplier Management Identify and partner with the right technology suppliers and specialists to increase marketing KPIs.Map portfolio of suppliers with the vital capabilities to deliver the marketing portfolio, according to BAT's procurement & IT standards.Budget Management Understand marketing budget, aligned with current planning and reporting structure.Stakeholder Engagement Supporting the delivery of the D2C marketing portfolio (BI reporting), guaranteeing accomplishment of goals, schedule, cost, resources, quality and alignment with global structures.Effectively communicate status of the D2C marketing portfolio (BI reporting) for business collaborators.Regular review of agreed marketing KPI's including ROI, suggesting improvements and seizing opportunities.Pro-actively share knowledge and expertise, be the source of information and inspiration on latest trends.People & Process Management Active part of Area Corporate Technology LT.Drive or be part of projects teams and make sure they stay productive by resolving project issues.Run self performance, development and career.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant equivalent experience.Seasoned Marketing IT leadership experience in roles of increasing complexity and accountability, working closely with Digital Marketing, with knowledge in e-commerce, CRM, SEO, paid media desirable.Experience delivering through Traditional & Agile frameworks (e.G.
Scrum, Kanban and waterfall).
Any professional certification in digital technologies (e.G.
APIs, Cloud, etc.)
and Agile Project Management (e.G.
SCRUM, PMI, etc.)
are desired
