We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect Manager to join our Cloud Sales Center & Untapped Talent team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of early career builders in the tech industry.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and succeed in their roles.Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.Technical Expertise:Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.Communication:Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in across the organization.Problem-Solving:Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, and driving the development of creative solutions.Continuous Improvement:Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of best practices to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.About the Team:Diverse Experiences: Amazon values diverse experiences.

That's why you'll find endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and other career-advancing resources here to help you develop into a better-rounded professional.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:4+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience as well as experience with cloud architecture.Experience leading and growing teams of technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.Business level proficiency in Spanish and English languages.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.AWS Certifications.Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and apply them to customer use cases.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
