DESCRIPTION: Are you passionate about developing early career professionals in the tech industry? Are you also passionate about cloud computing and teaching early career builders to use cloud technologies to solve business and technical problems? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect Manager to join our Cloud Sales Center & Untapped Talent team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of early career builders in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in across the organization.
Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, and driving the development of creative solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of best practices to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience as well as experience with cloud architecture.
Experience leading and growing teams of technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
Business level proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
AWS Certifications.
Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and apply them to customer use cases.
