Description – Legal CounselIn-house Legal Counsel that provides a full range of advice and services on matters of law including commercial, data protection, real estate, employment, and disputes. This may include reviewing and drafting legal documents, managing risk, conducting negotiations on behalf of the organization, and liaising with external counsel. Responsibilities are within the Legal function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. The role may act as a contract liaison between the organization and customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, and contract changes.
