As a Content Coordinator - Portuguese Language, you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within the Omni Sales Team, you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for the tone of voice and brand messaging in the Portuguese market to ensure brand coherence and consistency in all messages related to the customer experience across different touch points.Detect new opportunities to improve communication with the customer through A/B testing.Proofread and adapt global campaign messages and SEO copies for the different digital and physical channels to secure coherence, consistency, and tone of voice of the brand on a local level.Build and create relevant content to cover local consumer needs such as product campaigns, deals, or loyalty activations.Conduct market and competitor analysis to detect new opportunities to improve brand communication with customers and perform A/B tests to reach conclusions.Support stakeholders such as PR, Ecommerce, or Media in different local activations by constructing clear communication of the action towards the customer and providing relevant local market insights.Plan and activate local organic social content to communicate all global and local campaigns, follow up and analyze results to reach KPIs (Facebook).Act as the point of contact for Customer Service and Corporate Communication in case of negative customer engagement in social media.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/112638751/c916-content-coordinator-portuguese-language-hm-omni-sales-team-region-south-europe-they-she-he-barcelona/?utm_source=html
