Job description: WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.3+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Personnel Admin) and SuccessFactors.Strong knowledge of HR environments, including payroll processing, talent management, and employee lifecycle management.Proven experience integrating SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with ERP systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with HR teams and technical staff.SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is a plus.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead and support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, and customizations.Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide system solutions.Design, configure, and maintain SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management) and SuccessFactors (Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, etc.
).Integrate HR systems with ERP solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.Provide end-to-end project lifecycle management, from requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support.Troubleshoot issues within the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment and implement efficient solutions.Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices within HR technology.WHY US?
