Job Objective: Excellently trained engineer in all company's technologies and systems so the company can provide the best solutions to issues reported by customers/distributors, adding high quality to the service.

Must help to improve and grow the customer support department.
Responsibilities: Reports to Customer Support Manager. Provide solutions to questions/issues raised by customers or distributors. Repair systems, either at customer´s site or at the company. Take care of the training program for distributors, which involves creating training material and training them when required. Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers either at company's premises or at customer site when required. On-site support providing hand-to-hand service to our customers, including system installation, calibration, and certification of any company's system. Optimize customer satisfaction by going beyond customer expectations to achieve excellence. Continuous improvement, including documentation review, processes, and services. Translate customer needs to our requirements. Manage technical support requests that may arrive through our support channel. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. Confident with electronic, mechanical, and optic devices is a plus. Knowledge of 3D Optical Surface Profilers is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills (in Spanish and English). Able to work under pressure. Easy-going, open, and team-building person. Experience repairing Windows PC-based systems. Motivation for working in an international technological environment of an SME with strong growth. Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize work, and appropriate attention to detail.
