Challenge and drive support teams towards efficient issue resolution, promoting collaboration and timely ticket resolution. Manage Business IT demand by clarifying user needs, ensuring correct prioritization by support teams, and providing regular reports on ongoing demands. Establish and maintain relationships with business and support end users, providing regular updates on solution evolution and managing action plans to address issues and business needs. Foster strong relationships with support teams, facilitate effective communication, and assist in managing challenging situations for improved collaboration.
