.Executive Assistant to General Manager & CVP Spain Category : Business Support & Administration Location : Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, ES The position As Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to enter a close collaboration with the General Manager & CVP of Novo Nordisk Spain.
You will work with a wide range of interesting tasks such as: Provide high-quality support on administrative tasks such as meeting facilitation, minutes, travel, archive, calendar, and action item follow-up.
Excellence on agenda management: clear understanding of business and GM priorities to ensure an effective use of time.
Handle stakeholders requests accordingly with a strong sense of judgement and assertiveness.
Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure critical projects are executed according to plan and timelines, monitor progress, and promptly address any issues or deviations.
Facilitate the implementation of effective meeting practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Keep up to date on key business plans or other relevant topics to brief the GM on a regular basis and prior to relevant meetings.
Ensure GM communications are efficient and clear by reviewing and developing presentations, announcements, or other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications University degree At least 3 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to a General Manager or Senior Leader.
Previous experience working in the pharma industry, or a larger international setting will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, a fast learner, and quick to pick up new software skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbally and written).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Service-minded, discreet, structured, and able to keep an overview.
Proactive and able to work independently and in teams.
Thrives in a fast-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities.
