You will have an opportunity to lead our team all the way through as an International Sales Executive while communicating with the top management of other industry players. Spanish and Fluent English as well as experience in the cannabis industry is needed.

Who are We? JuicyFields is an innovative concept giving people the chance to enter the medicinal marijuana market without having training, licenses and regardless of the local laws.
Providing crowdfunding services to our egrowers we allocate them space in a licensed operation to be able to foster a plant and then share the reward when the harvest is sold.
We do this in order to help support grassroot level cultivators and extractors allowing for communities to be able to farm and profit from their land, facilities and knowledge.
What is expected in the Role? First of all, we are looking for a person with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
You'll have to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the company, look for best deals and be our intermediary in sales and trades.
Attention to detail is another critical skill required to work with the documents in the medical cannabis industry, as it requires knowledge of GMP standards as well as local and international laws.
In regards to education, BSc/BA in marketing, communications or similar degree is preferred.
You will work in a fast-paced environment so you need to be very flexible.
As a Business Development Executive you will be expected to:
Work closely with our Business Development and Relation Investor managers in relation to Funds, Startups and Productions.Conduct follow-up calls after business events, expos, discuss the possibilities with potential investors.Monitor customer, market and competitors' activities and provide feedback to the top management of the company and other departments.Study competitor products on the market and incorporate the trends, knowledge and gathered information to the sales strategy.Present JuicyFields at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.Maintain friendly and close professional relationships with colleagues and partners.Conduct negotiations and sign contracts with partners and distributors.Find the best sale/buy deals of different cannabis infused products and dry flowers on an international scale.What You Can Expect From Us.
