We're looking for a dedicated IT Outsourcing Contract Manager to oversee and manage a significant Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an outsourcing provider.

What will make you succeed in this position?
3-5 years of experience Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus Experience in a similar role at least 5 years Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate Strong English skills mandatory Your mission in the role will be: Take ownership of IT outsourcing MSA, ensuring all terms and conditions are fully understood and followed.
Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal planning and renegotiation to optimize terms and ensure cost savings.
Build and sustain a strong partnership with the outsourcing provider, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the vendor is meeting SLA and cost-saving commitments.
Proactively address performance issues, service disruptions, or contractual non-compliance
