Our technical centre is working on developing Power electronic systems for electric and hybrid cars. In the last two years, we have seen an increase in the demand for these products, and the number of projects we have is rising.
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with an Embedded SW / Power Electronics / HW development background. The systems development lead is primarily responsible for defining, planning, scheduling, and coordinating all systems engineering activities for the assigned projects.
Responsibilities:Technical discussions with the customerPlan the System development work (loops effort & schedule)Analyze the source of system requirementsStructure, analyze, and specify System RequirementsAlignment & mediation among teamsSystem risk analysis: reqs, architecture, and scheduleSystem feasibility analysis: reqs, architecture, and scheduleDevelopment Issue analysis and problem solvingDFMEA ownerEnsure traceability from customer reqs to reqs and architectureJob requirements:Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering preferred5 years of experience in a job-related fieldExperience in at least two of the following fields: Embedded SW electronics experience (ARM microcontroller programming, ISR, EEPROM, DMA); Power electronics (control designs, acquisition definition, filtering, simulation); and Electronic HW development (Altium, Mentor, Analog acquisition, signal conditioning)Experience with Automotive SPICE (or similar V-model development process)Experience in DFMEASFluent in English and SpanishValuable:LIN/CAN communicationExperience with ISO 26262Project management skillsCore Competencies:Learning on the FlyFunctional/Technical SkillsDrive for ResultsCustomer FocusDecision Quality
