JOIN THE TEAM An IT Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology projects within an organization.
This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while aligning with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, and a deep understanding of customer service workflows.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and customer service solutions.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, providing guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
NICE TO HAVE Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities: With the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and data platform analytics.
