Job Description - Define the project scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget.
- Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders during the life cycle of a project and provide high-quality customer service in order to maximize potential revenue.
- Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects.
- Act as Vacation Replacement in the team of project managers.
- Support other team members in the same region on projects cross-product and cross-project.
Qualifications - Relevant educational background and a minimum of 2-3 years work experience as a project manager; preferably in the international hotel, travel, or hospitality IT software and technology space.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of PMS and POS products.
- Prioritization ninja with the ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills.
- Well-structured, loyal, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude.
- Team Player capability.
- Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, ZoHo, Jira, or equivalent project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English; Spanish and multi-lingual beneficial.
- PMP, Agile, or Prince II Certification strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
