We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:Working directly with a Supervisor Auditor, the Senior Auditor is an entry-level position within the Corporate Audit Group reporting to an Audit Manager.The Senior Auditor, as part of a team, will conduct financial and operational reviews of Fluidra domestic and international operations.The Senior Auditor will interact with financial and operational management personnel across the Group and will be exposed to financial and business operations.Your responsibilities:Carry out the vision and mission of Corporate Audit to implement a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate risk and controllership.Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits proactively and autonomously.Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.Review and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Identify, and clearly define, audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented.Present these findings to the Corporate Audit leadership and the business management team.Promote a zero tolerance control environment where fraud or noncompliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.Prepare work papers to adequately document audit work performed and support conclusions reached.Prepare reports and audit findings.Actively participate in Global initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit's processes and procedures.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:3 to 5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big4 background.Good communication skills.Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are valued.Required travel in-country and internationally averaging up to 30%.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
