Job Description: Experience in the Pharma industry is a must.
A deep understanding of administrative and office policies is required.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating large events, including planning, organizing, and implementing various activities.
This includes the organization of meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, booking meeting rooms, catering, and management of expense reports.
Key responsibilities include:
Work order/PO processingBudget trackingGrants coordinationInvolvement in training activities carried out by the Medical DepartmentAssistance with documentation managed in this department and point of contact with external providersSupport in the organization of files, visits, and management of office materialsCoordinate group lease cars requirements and activitiesAssist with facilities space planning or office set-upPrioritize workload involving multiple projects/time-lines with minimal guidanceUse advanced level software programs such as Excel, Chem Draw, FileMaker Pro, Access, and PowerPoint to create graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and presentationsThe candidate should understand the goals and objectives of the entire department and contribute to fulfilling them.
This position is a long-term sick leave contract in one of the most important companies in the Pharmaceutical industry with very good salary conditions.
