The technician intervenes within the framework of our ETD Wholesale and Retail activity.
He/She mainly works on technical support within the team, attending trainings (internal and external), giving alternative solutions within our catalogue, accompanying our sales force throughout the preparation of technical quotations, carrying out commissioning on-site and remotely, visiting customers, etc.
Main Missions: Technical support to Pre-Sales (pre-design mainly for Residential and Commercial R&C).
Technical support for customers (PV plant commissioning, monitoring, debugging, etc.).
Training to Customers and Installers on the catalog equipment (presential and online).
Internal trainings to our sales team.
Development of alternative solutions for our clients within our portfolio.
Industry advances knowledge and follow up of the PV industry developments.
Excellent knowledge of the Spanish Regulations regarding PV and renewable energy.
Knowledge of other countries could be an asset.
Product compliance and certifications knowledge for the respective country(ies).
After-sales support to Customers and Coordination with Manufacturer's Technical Support.
Carrying out analyses and sizing/layout calculations.
Drafting of interventions and audit reports.
HSE, Quality and Compliance: Manage the business and stakeholders accordingly with the best practices in the industry and in accordance with Voltalia compliance and policy.
Requirements: Fluent in Spanish, Conversational English.
Knowledge of other languages can be an asset.
FP Degree, Professional Trainings (no university degree required although could be an asset).
1-2 years of experience in PV Design (PV Syst, AutoCAD, PV-Sol or similar tools for PV design).
1-2 years of experience in PV Installation (Residential and Commercial projects), especially in terms of commissioning and setup of installations.
Good knowledge of Spanish regulations applicable for PV Installations, all mandatory certifications in compliance with the regulation in place.
Other Countries Regulation is an asset.
Experience with coordination of subcontractors will be valuable.
Able to work with IT tools (Excel, Word, PV Design tools, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Key Skills: Organized and Team player.
Empathetic with colleagues, suppliers, and excellent with customers.
Excellent communication with end customers (Retail) and Installers (wholesale).
Great interpersonal and communication skills and feel comfortable to speak in public.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
