Their shared mission to support vulnerable populations is allowing PointClickCare and Collective Medical to connect disparate points of care at scale.This is a REMOTE position and we are open to looking at applicants across the US and Canada.Meet the Role: You will report directly into the Manager, Customer Support who oversees a team of approximately 15 CSRs. You are in good hands, as the leadership style is highly individualistic enabling you to succeed in this role, as well as prepare you for the next.
