The successful implementation of this go-to-market route requires a senior team that has the experience and appetite to challenge traditional models.
Key responsibilities include:Manage the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients;Assisting in identifying issues (quality of earnings, working capital considerations, debt and debt-like items) for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination;Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process;Advise clients on post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvement.REQUIREMENTS- Solid experience in auditing (4/5 years) in a reputed firm and interest in pursuing a career in transaction advisory services;- Deal experience including financial due diligence will be highly valued;- Open-minded, ambitious and self-motivated;- Respectful with the team and external interlocutors (client´s staff and advisors, etc.
);- Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills;- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills;- Proven written and verbal communication skills;- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PowerPoint and Excel;- Flexibility to travel, as needed;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities;- Experience working with diverse teams;- Good command of English is a must, as a high part of the work will be carried out in this language;- Command of other languages (French or German for example) is highly valued.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
