We're investing in the future, through new technologies, talented people and innovation so we can help create a better tomorrow.To do this we employ 'big-thinkers' and 'can-doers' that share our purpose #uniquelyexperian.Job DescriptionRole Summary: Delivering Market-wide change and improvement projects across the business, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer for Spain.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Project and Programme Management set up and deliveryManage detail to assure project success, working with accountable leads to align to outcomes and goalsStructure, plan and execute competing needs against stringent deadlines to achieve stated goals and outcomes, including financial spend controlsCapable of working one to one with accountable leads to ensure they meet their obligations but also have the support and information needed to be effectiveIdeally, experience of working with both waterfall and agile projects and understanding of how to deliver in both modesKey Responsibilities:- Deliver assigned projects and programmes to meet the key goals and outcomes, working with senior leaders to keep delivery on track.Qualifications:PPM qualification or 4 years + experienceEnglish and Spanish C1 levelDesirable - agile delivery qualification eg scrum master or similarWhat you'll bring:As we continue to improve the Spain risk posture we have a significant programme of work in the coming 12+ months followed by some major change work aligned to remediation and avoidance of future risk in the Market.
The role will play a critical part on ensuring Spain exits FY25 in a significantly better position and is then able to make strategic improvements to reduce future risk exposure.Additional Information:Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
