- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate the operations of another company's warehouse remotely.
- Ensure product quality, timely shipping, and compliance with SLAs.
- Maintain accurate stock-keeping and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Manage communication with third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor their performance.
- Monitor logistics costs to maintain budgetary efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, and effectively distribute workload.
- Actively participate in the transformation and optimization of warehouse operations.
- Drive the implementation of company-wide logistics processes and IT technologies in the company's warehouse.

Qualifications:Degree in logistics management or significant experience in warehouse management.Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.Strong IT skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision being a plus.Proven experience in implementing and transforming warehouse operations.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members and to foster a positive working environment.Willingness to travel as required.Multinational and fast-growing distributor of industrial equipment is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its facility in the Tarragona area.
