We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global HR Operations to lead and oversee our global HR operations.
This pivotal role will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our global HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and driving the implementation of innovative HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Global Payroll Oversight: Oversee the global payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees worldwide.
Collaborate with payroll providers to maintain compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
Manage payroll audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Global HR Process Management: Design, implement, and maintain efficient and effective global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and reduce errors.
Ensure compliance with global HR policies and procedures.
Global HR Technology: Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of global HR technology solutions, including HRIS, payroll systems, and other relevant tools.
Drive the adoption and utilization of HR technology to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with other systems.
Global HR Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely global HR reports and analytics.
Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on data analysis.
Support business decision-making by delivering actionable HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR operations professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a global HR role.
Proven experience in managing global payroll, HR processes, and HR technology.
Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
