At the moment, Arxada is hiring a new OTC Operational Excellence and Service Delivery Lead to join their team in their brand-new offices in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities: Improvement and optimization of processes
Manage initiative and improvement
Manage the performance of the team reporting to OTC, ensuring they deliver according to the KPIs.
Key Requirements: Excellent understanding of global Finance and Business processes and good knowledge of Financial ERP Systems (e.g. SAP/BW)
5-10 years of experience working with OTC and credit management
Master's degree in Business Administration
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP
Being comfortable engaging with different teams
Being proactive
