Working within the Marketing Team you will participate in driving our transformation agenda in professional marketing across our Cluster. You will participate in the acceleration of our HCP Intelligence and development of the communication strategy towards healthcare professionals across Southern Europe, together with country and regional teams. You will also pursue the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethics.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will assist the HCP Omnichannel Manager on all projects:Transform our Omnichannel model via accelerating our HCP CRM strategy and executionSpeed up 1PD collection and usageOptimize the omnichannel engagement improving Academy+Enhance HCP segmentationBuild processes and capabilities that put the HCP at the center of our strategies and plansDefine and standardize omni-channel critical metrics across the cluster and ensure robust reportingBring new insights and accept the test and learn mentalityStrong collaboration with different departments (local and global HCP teams, brand marketing, regulatory, medical, IT, BI, external agencies) and countries (France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Balkans)Qualifications1 - 2 years of proven experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing with a successful track recordA BA/BSC degree or Masters' degree in business, marketing, or related business areas.
