TECHNICAL DESIGN ARCHITECTKey Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and shape approach and design the architecture.Meet directly with end-users (persona user groups) and leadership to demonstrate business scenarios, solutions, answer questions regarding capabilities and requirements (including 3rd parties), and work to resolve issues that arise during the development cycle.Assess the Customers overall IT readiness to support customers with the delivery and actively work with partners to provide innovative solutions.Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights.Responsible for the architecture, including design of modules, interaction & data flow between modules, future plans for scalability and maintenance, working closely with the Solution hubs and solution architectures to drive innovative solutions.Understanding customers' overall strategy, IT and business priorities and success measures to design architectures and (innovative) solutions.Create requirement documents (Statement of Requirements) and functional designs packages driving business objectives and value.Support Service Delivery and Service Management end-to-end service processes including 3rd parties where technology risks might arise and or dependencies.Initiate project reviews on deliverables and timeframe with internal and external stakeholders and engage on a regular basis to discuss opportunities, issues or challenges cross products.Provide support to the account sales teams and sales specialists in understanding customer requirements and building proposals as part of pre-sales, WNB and post-sales.Provide third level support to the service operation teams for design and architecture related challenges.This role will suit you if you have the following skills: Soft Skills: Ability to meet the customers' needs in line with the business requirements.Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service.Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended.Using all data and information available to analyze and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions.Professional Skills: Experience and leadership qualities: 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment of architecture, design and (project) implementation.Track record of architecting, estimating and delivering solutions with complex and cross-functional challenges/problems, working closely with solution designers, solution developers and product managers to create and sell innovative solutions.Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change, be part of early customer engagements regarding technology roadmaps, selling new products and services and supporting the embedding of these services into BT operations.For the original job announcement, please visit: Kit Empleo#J-18808-Ljbffr
