This role is pivotal within our Spanish marketing team. You will be responsible for managing effective paid media strategy, capturing new audiences and maximizing top of funnel traffic, ensuring sign-up journey optimization and leading reports and analysis. Campaign objectives range from brand to acquisition, through predominantly digital media, with ambitious subscription and engagement targets.
You have a deep understanding of the Spanish media environment and manage stakeholders with passion, commitment, and responsibility to maximize the visibility of our brand and hit our business targets. You are a data-obsessed marketeer, have strong negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and want to grow in a cutting-edge technology and sports environment.
You will be the focal point with knowledge to lead on local territory media challenges and solutions, and align closely with other channels: Content, PR, Social, UX, CRM. You are eager to help grow this fast-paced sports business.
As our new Acquisition Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:Define and test different traffic strategies and sign-up journeys to ensure effectiveness from impression to conversion.Manage media agencies and key media partners, negotiate the best media deals, find opportunities, and deliver optimized strategies to get the best brand exposure and hit business goals.Lead the ATL & BTL full funnel media strategy working closely with our paid media teams to maximize performance.Implement new ideas to boost organic acquisition working closely with SEO, platform, and social media teams.Understand attribution modeling to improve full funnel planning and channel strategy (Affiliates, Display, Social Media, SEM).Grow our affiliates footprint, finding new publishers locally by aligning with central teams.Manage the media budget: purchasing and finance tasks included.Run weekly follow-ups on performance KPIs and Trading KPIs.You'll have:Marketing experience (Min 5 years).Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.Evidence of end-to-end global digital marketing planning and execution, with a strong focus on performance.Significant experience as a media lead in an international setting, with a track record of excellent performance and a clear understanding of local digital media, media as part of the channel mix, and a view on media technology.Experience working for a rapid growth, scale-up business such as subscription businesses or direct response projects.Self-starter work approach with the motivation, commitment, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.At DAZN, we bring ambition to life.
