C455 - Purchasing, Flow And Stock Analyst

Client: An important international fashion company seeks to incorporate a: Position: Purchasing, Flow and Stock Analyst Location: Barcelona Functions: Coordinate with the procurement manager the purchasing schedule to guarantee deliveries of materials according to production needs.
Analyse needs for fabrics regarding quantities and dates.
Identify negotiation opportunities for prices and introduce orders in the systems.
Overview the validation process of the samples to respect the delivery schedule.
Create a daily strong relationship with key suppliers and make regular visits.
Manage physical dispatch of the goods till final destination (transportation, external quality control).
Manage supplier's invoices and respect lead times.
Profile: Degree in Engineering, Science Degree, or Business Administration degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Ready to Wear or Leather goods.
Demonstrated efficiency in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing brand that is building new ways of working.
Fluent in English and Italian is required.
Good knowledge of Excel.
