Summary / Role PurposeThe Time and Attendance Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's time and attendance systems for their scope, being the first point of contact for employees' queries in their scope and ensuring the correct information flows to other departments such as Payroll, HR Operations and HRG. This role provides accurate recordkeeping, guarantees compliance with local regulations, and internal processes.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTime and Attendance Data Management:
Gather, review, and process time and attendance data using HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
Action corrections requested by the population in their scope via ticketing system, checking the legitimacy of the correction.
Maintain comprehensive time and attendance records and inform/report the relevant balances as instructed, including time off requests, overtime hours, sick leaves, reductions in working schedule, etc.System Administration:
Manage and maintain the company's time and attendance tracking systems, ensuring reliability and data accuracy at all times.
Configure system settings, update employee information, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide training and support to employees and managers on the use of time and attendance systems.
Answering employee and manager queries, escalating when needed to the field HR Teams.Compliance and Auditing:
Stay up-to-date with local regulations regarding time and attendance.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of time and attendance records to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on time and attendance data, including overtime hours, absenteeism rates, completion of timesheets, balances, pending time off, reduction in schedules, etc. and inform the relevant department as soon as possible.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Address issues with relevant stakeholders in an autonomous and proactive manner (such as HR, managers, and employees).Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and ExperienceFormación profesional de grado medio, superioro equivalente en; gestión administrativa; sistemas microinformáticos y redes y similares. (Technical School Diploma in HR, IT Systems, or equivalent).
A minimum of 2 years' experience with time and attendance systems.
Preferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors.Ability to interact with relevant stakeholders from various departments.
