[C443] Remote Support- Dutch Customer Support

Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts); Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM; Days Off: Rotational 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat, aiming for high satisfaction in every interaction.Effectively troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases as needed.Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.Follow company policies and quality standards to maintain service consistency.Qualifications:Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English proficiency.Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Compensation & Benefits:Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per day workedTransport Allowance: 20€ per monthHealth Insurance: Starts on the first day with a small monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employmentAdditional Perks: Enjoy a lively work environment, on-site amenities, and opportunities for professional growth
