Do you dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEIdentify growth opportunities in mature and new markets and map strategies to enter or grow in current or new customers and markets.Be a steward of the eCommerce experience by understanding customer needs and surfacing the right products, plans, promos, and add-ons at the right time and place.Define and proactively monitor key customer experience and performance metrics to support and inform personalization and optimization opportunities.Develop and drive quarterly test roadmap.Drive holistic implementation of eCommerce strategy across the new regions and countries: from steering of content optimization and campaign activation to assortment optimization and performance analytics.Support the local teams in the negotiation of annual contracts sales & marketing conditions of key international clients.Identification of opportunities in eCommerce on developing marketplaces and with multi-Channel partners: definition of pilot projects and formulation of corresponding strategies.Ongoing collaboration with logistics and operations to improve business quality and adapt to new business models or improve existing ones.Act as a reference point with country or regional e-KAMs to drive results and build eCommerce capabilities.YOUR SKILLSUniversity degree, preferably in business administration/marketing with 3-5 years of hands-on eCommerce sales experience.5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG in roles including but not limited to sales, digital marketing, etc.Passion for user-centric design, efficient workflows, and eCommerce innovation.Strong understanding of digital retailing and economics of pure-player platforms and marketplaces with hands-on experience on Amazon retail.Proven track record of growing business in eCommerce and negotiation.Experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives.Clear ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.Goal-oriented working style, reliable in project management.High level of passion for eCommerce, Digital marketing and trends, strong entrepreneurial drive, pro-active personality.Strong analytical skills and complexity management
