Job Description:An opportunity for a C295 Mission System Instructor Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).Task Accountabilities:Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:Ensure the delivery of the Mission Systems training courses in accordance with the requirements defined by the Program Directive.Manage the Mission Training Development specific in accordance with the requirements defined by the Program Directive.Act as Mission Systems expert on field for all the activities required from this domain (flights, documents validation, courses development, etc).Support transversal units (CBT Training Media and Ops doc support) in the validation of the Mission System Documentation.Act as Mission System Expert for other areas in Airbus.This role will involve high availability to travel in order to provide Ground Flight Training or to provide support to the customer locally.We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:Educated in Military degree and diploma as Mission Systems Operator.Engineering degree will be a plus.Experience in CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Operations.CN-235 / C-295 MSA Aircraft Operational Experience (more than 1200 Flight Hours).CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Ground and Flight Instructor Experience.CN-235/C-295 MSA Missions preparation, briefing and debriefing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Advanced level in English and Spanish.German or French would be an asset.Airbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
