In the role of Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls to existing customers - helping them with their questions about orders and products, in doing so you will contribute to achieving the goals set by the client.
A big part of your job is to make sure the customer receives a world-class service and to establish and build long-term relationships with customers.
You will work in our new spacious office in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become a part of the Webhelp family.
