We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team to build an innovative, secure, and intuitive commerce ecosystem for our users.Responsibilities:Serve as the expert managing creator agencies; execute and develop programs that increase agency engagement.Build partnerships with creator agencies and design partnership strategies to achieve business goals.Develop and work with key creator agencies and influencer marketing agencies focused on commerce, providing day-to-day operations support and helping improve performance with a data-driven mindset.Develop incentive plans to drive business growth; solve key challenges inbusiness through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 4+ years of related experience required.Extensive local talent management/influencer marketing agency network, with solid experience working with top agencies and influencers in the market preferred.Experience in developing effective instructions, presentation decks, or standard operating procedures (SOP) to support agency daily operations.Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven, and efficient; can work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge and experience of live stream and content-based commerce is preferred.Great team player with fast learning capabilities and open to challenges.Acute data acumen and ability to conduct in-depth analysis and design future roadmap based on the current state.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
