The Research Business Development Manager Europe is an exciting new and entrepreneurial position within Beckman Coulter Dx. The mission of the Research Business Development Manager Europe (RBDM) is to create institutional demand for Beckman Coulter's Research Use assays for neurodegenerative diseases and companion instruments that can assist in the discovery of new and novel therapeutics to address diseases like Alzheimer's Disease.The RBDM will establish and position Beckman Coulter's Research Use Only (RUO) assays that best align with research and core labs for drug and therapeutics discovery. The RBDM will work to achieve this mission by engaging with principal investigators (PIs), Core Directors, and Reference Lab Directors at top research and academic institutions to align Beckman Coulter research solutions with institutional research strategy, goals, and KPIs. The RBDM will engage with each of these stakeholders at a deep level to fully appreciate their contribution to neurodegenerative research and identify our assays as a means of successfully executing that strategy.You will be a part of the European Sales & Marketing Organisation and report to the Senior Manager Marketing of Clinical Diagnostics. You will be responsible for creating institutional demand for Beckman Coulter's Research Use Only assays for neurodegenerative diseases and companion instruments that can assist in the discovery of new and novel therapeutics to address diseases like Alzheimer's Disease.
