Our scope includes products such as facial tissues, napkins, household towels, and bathroom tissue.About The RoleIn this role, you will integrate the Iberian Product Development Team, based in Valls, Tarragona, Catalunya, Spain. You will report to the Iberian CT Director of Product Development. You will frequently communicate with relevant national and international stakeholders to create and consolidate a robust, agile, efficient, and speedy product development process innovation flow in one or more consumer products categories, according to strategic intents and defined priorities. It contributes daily to develop and push the limits of the category further ahead.While understanding the delicate balances required to match consumer needs and expectations with technical limitations and possibilities, your enthusiasm for innovation must be at the forefront of the daily drive to take Essity's products and categories into the future while assuming market leadership positions. Quick time to market must be balanced by process requirements at all times. While preferably educated in a science-based field, you are flexible and willing to boost verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to be a good team player while also collaborating across different teams, such as planning, supply chain, market, and quality, to name a few.You possess strong analytical and strategic skills and know how to make decisions in a collaborative mode. You have a strong commercial acumen, a holistic and entrepreneurial mindset, and you are not afraid of the technical aspects of our products. You are passionate, creative, curious, and have the burning desire to always learn and experiment. Fluent in English is a prerequisite, and other relevant languages are an advantage.
