(C-185) Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst – Care Enablement

.The FP&A Senior Analyst manages the daily transactional operations of FP&A processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improves operational effectiveness and efficiency, and leads the process of solving operational issues.The area of responsibility covers FP&A for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain. Main focus is on commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, costs of revenues and business-related SG&A.Duties and Responsibilities:Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposesPreparation of management reportsAnalysis of the profitability of the company and its organizational unitsPreparing the budgets and forecasts of the company's organizational units and controlling their implementationAssist Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget / forecastCalculation of provisions and write-downsCalculation of investment profitabilityCooperation with the Accounting, Operational and Medical DepartmentsParticipation in international and local projectsSupporting process transfer to GBS and standardisation of the activitiesFollow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPsEducation:Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance)CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification is a plusExperience:Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understandingExcellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personalityTeam Player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentPassion for continuous learningAbility to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasksGood skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workloadVery structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressureHighly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient and customer oriented working styleKnowledge of SAP environmentExperience in BI tools is an assetUnderstand and use modern communication software and systemsUnderstand basics of e-health, data security and related topicsUp-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalizationVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in English language in the business environmentFluency in Spanish languageWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
