As a head of Third Party Management and special projects, you will support the Southern Europe Region (Italy and Iberia) to monitor and manage interactions with external parties with which the Business Unit has a relationship. The role will require you to build the relationship with the external parties and assess the performance and risk that each third-party relationship represents to the organization. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader that oversees our third-party operations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the processes to monitor, maintain and manage our vendors and risk identification and resolution. You will also partner with key stakeholders to manage and negotiate contracts and ensure that business and security requirements are met. In addition, you will be the main point of contact for our ADP Celergo organization and will be responsible to oversee the implementation of the Celergo projects in our region. You will report to the General Manager of ADP Southern Europe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the relationship of our third parties in the region and their performance to ensure contract compliance.
Review, improve and implement the processes and procedures to monitor and manage Third parties.
Work closely with our Global Procurement organization for contract negotiations.
Implement a Dashboard with key metrics (KPIs, KRIs, SLAs) to monitor and review the performance of Key vendors of the Business Unit.
Work closely with management to discuss any gaps and ensure that vendors meet the business requirements.
Administer and support the maintenance of our vendors (contract maintenance, Billing, vendor assurance processes...).
Identify potential new third party opportunities for the Southern Europe region and partner with key stakeholders for the analysis and review of the opportunities identified.
Partner with the global security organization to ensure vendors meet the security requirements.
Manage and monitor the third party spent and analyze any investment required to discuss with key leaders of the organization.
Partner with ADP Celergo organization to manage and oversee the implementation of the projects and business requirements in the Southern Europe region.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Required Qualifications
Educational background : Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience : 6-8 years of experience in a related role.
Specific knowledge and skills : Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Italian.
