Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions. Renew and/or expand existing accounts. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services. Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor). Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met. Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs. About You: Business or engineering school background. 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English. Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized. Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
