Strategic Partnerships Account Manager - Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions. Renew and/or expand existing accounts. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services. Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor).Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.
