.About this opportunityBased within the Service Area Network Design and Optimization (SA NDO), Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries. You will be working at the groundbreaking of technology (5G, ML/AI, Cloud-RAN) and will be involved in projects with many diverse customers around the world. In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in the field of Network Design and Optimization.You will:Deliver services and support presales in the area of NDOPoint and guide discussions with Customers (Technical Staff and Senior Management), understand customer requirementsPropose solutions, develop and present technical presentations and proposalsParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharingProvide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further improve/add/modify existing offerings within the NDO portfolioManage customer expectations, implementation of customer solutions within agreed time, scope and costWork under tight time schedulesTo be successful in the role you must have:The successful applicant must have a blend of skills required to contribute in delivery and presales processes, use of consulting methodology and development of the technical expertise across the team. For this role, a consultative approach towards the customer and NDO experience is needed (i.E. Experienced in using radio NDO tools). In general, the requirements could sum up to have:Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or ITMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in service delivery and pre-sales.Expertise in one or more of the following areas: 5G, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) applied to NDO services, Cloud-RANEnd to End knowledge of services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domainsDeep technical knowledge in RAN (the needed skills to be capable of finding solutions to tackle issues) & deep data analytics knowledge (statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze and correlate data)Ability to communicate, eloquent, present and influence customers by knowing the impact of any action/service on their business.Additional Requirements:Developing Others & Sharing KnowledgeStandout colleague but also proven ability of being self-motivated, show initiative and capability to work in challenging circumstances and learn independentlyResult oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
