Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers, and channels.
Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data.
Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.
Achieving regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in mechanical engineering, management, or marketing.
At least 8 years of experience in the construction equipment, commercial vehicle (heavy trucks, special vehicles, etc.
), or passenger car industries, and at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
Work experience in Europe is required.
Familiarity with relevant markets, regulations, and policies.
Excellent skills in team building and development.
Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese language.
